Together we will move through an energetic arc starting with slow grounding, transitioning into clear beats, peaking in high-energy release, and settling into creative play and quiet integration, ending with a guided cool-down, stretch, and meditation.
This is a 4-week series, taking place on Thursday evenings October 29 - November 19 at 5:30 pm at Park Congregational Church, located at 10 E Park Pl NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Note: Park Church is generously paying for this class for its congregation and community members to attend! While this class is open to those of all faiths and belief systems, it may have a more Christian flavor.
Come as you are and ready to laugh, breathe, relax, connect, and let loose. The level of intensity is totally up to you - this can be a gentle invitation to movement, or a sweaty spiritual revival!
